2. Services

Greenstaff HomeCare Canada provides in-home care services including personal care, companionship care, specialised care, daily living support, respite care, and palliative care. The provision of all care services is subject to a separate care agreement entered into between Greenstaff HomeCare Canada and the client or their authorised representative.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. Care plans are subject to availability of qualified Care Partners in your area.

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Pricing for care services is provided transparently during your initial consultation. All fees are outlined in your individual care agreement prior to services commencing. There are no hidden fees and no lock-in contracts. For clients accessing publicly funded programs (such as Alberta’s CDHCI program), billing arrangements are governed by the relevant program terms and your care agreement.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Links
